Looking to sell a home in Clarksville, MD?  Clarksville has always been a strong contender for Maryland, and The current Real Estate Market Analysis shows numbers didn't really go up for January, they did stay average for this time of year. Median Sales Prices, New Listings, and List to Sold Price are all holding strong.

Current Analysis shows median home sales prices are at $707,000, down 2% from this time last year. The total sold units for January was 6, down from  last year.

Clarksville is a small yet desirable community, and when people move here, they tend to stay. There are currently only 36 Active listings and with 18 of them being new, a 68% increase from thsi time last year. New contracts are at 5, which is a 150% increase from last January. New contingents showed 8, which is a 700% increase from January 2016.


Indicator #3 - Days on Market

The average days on market was at 45 days before the homes went under contract, a 56% decrease from this same time last year which saw homes sit on the market for close to 103 days.
